Tintin Goes to Tangier

If more people respected their elders and read their Tintin like good comic folk should, we’d have better comics to read.

What fun! An illustration of Tintin and me in my new neighborhood of Sellwood in Portland, Oregon. I really liked trying to keep in this detailed but, as K.T. Shy aptly puts it, clean style. After doing some very cursory internet research on Herge, I have decided that I need to know more. His style is beautiful, and I would love to read his work rather than just looking at the pretty pictures. I am sad about his lack of girls, though. Even if he is supposed to be only nine years old.
